Dr. Hubsher, a Florida-licensed, board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with more than 40 years of clinical experience, sees eligible Florida patients ages 5 through 65 virtually. The Center has no physical office in Florida, so all patients can be seen remotely.

Virtual care is available to eligible children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 through 65, including:
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnostic questions and second opinions
Medication evaluation and management
Follow-up visits

How a Virtual Evaluation Works

Request an evaluation, and the front desk confirms the right starting service
Complete your new-patient information before your visit
Join through the Center’s MYIO patient portal, ideally from a quiet, private space with a stable connection
For children and teens, parents take part in the visit

Earlier evaluations, testing, school records, and a list of current and past medications are welcome but not required. Second opinions follow the same process.
